The G&S For All Trial By Jury (1972)
G&S Festival Chorus & Orchestra |
|
Gilbert & Sullivan For All was formed by former D'Oyly Carte stars Donald Adams and Thomas Round to present informal evenings of G&S, typically with about six singers and piano accompaniment. The group was active in performance and in the recording studio for nearly twenty years, from the mid-sixties to the early eighties.
One of the fruits of this partnership was this recording of Trial By Jury, usually coupled with the same group's Cox & Box.
